Placing Orders

Our order form and payment process are fully automated. You will receive a notification when the order is received by our system. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us for assistance.



We currently only accept Paypal for online orders. You do not need a Paypal account for this, it is possible to enter your card details for a once off payment in the Paypal system.



Each customer is entitled to a 7 working day grace period to return an unworn/unopened item for a full (excl *shipping charge) refund. We can only refund to the Credit Card/Paypal account that was used for the original transaction.We will only refund delivery/postage costs if the return is a result of our error with the item as shipping charges are paid to a third party courier company and are non refundable.

Unwashed or unworn merchandise may be exchanged for a different size / style / store credit if received within a further 23 days after the 7 day grace period has passed (total returns time of 30 days).

If an item returned is found to be ineligible for return/refund/exchange for reasons stated within these terms, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs we incur to send the item back.

If you wish to return a product for exchange or refund please contact us as soon as possible to arrange it.

Custom Products

Custom products are not eligible for refund or exchange unless the product is faulty or a mistake has been made on our behalf.



We use An Post for all orders. On occasion, An Post may not use your regular postman to deliver your order as it is their courier service. Delivery times are between 9am – 5pm. Please note, as we do not deliver the orders ourselves we cannot add any special instructions for delivery.

Once we have shipped your order you will receive an automated email to the email address you provided on your registration form. You should expect to receive your order within 1-2 working days of this (Republic of Ireland Only). If you do not receive your order within this timeframe please contact us directly so that we can track your order for you.

Lead Time

Orders placed on are hand printed for each order, so we need a little time to prepare them. Occasionally the lead time (time from ordering to product being shipped from us) can be extended. Please note, if you require your order by a specific date it is always best to contact us directly rather than placing your order online. That way we can advise you if it will be with you in time. Lead time is usually 3-4 working days.

i.e if you placed your order before 1pm on a Monday it would be 3-4 working days (this does not include Saturdays and Sundays and Bank Holidays) before your order is shipped. Delivery is then 1-2 working days thereafter (applies to Rep of Ireland orders only, all other destinations subject to typical delivery times). If you placed your order after 1pm on any given day, this is processed with the following days orders.

All orders must be signed for by the recipient. In the event that you are not present to accept delivery an attempted delivery docket will be left. Your order will be brought to your local sorting office and held for collection for 7 days. If it is not collected within this time period it will be returned to us (please note that this may take a number of weeks to come back) and you will be notified by email. Please note you will be liable for return shipping costs where we have to resend or redirect a parcel to you.

Delivery Errors

From time to time we may receive an order back to us by the courier as ‘Undeliverable’. This will happen if there are ‘Insufficient address details’ or possibly ‘Noone at this address’. In the event that an order is returned to us as ‘undeliverable due to insufficient address details’ where we have input the address on the postal label exactly as we received it from the customer, re-shipping costs will then be the responsibility of the customer.
